Devenir is a niche management and marketing consulting firm, focused on professional services and consulting firms development.

Since 1983, Devenir has been assisting other consulting firms and organizations to improve their professional skills, performance and business development.

Our clients include professional and consulting firm, in house consulting and free lance consultants, no matter their particular area of expertise or professional practice.

What we do with our clients

Our intimacy with a large range of consulting players allows us to provide to our clients :

• General industry expertise, latest thinking and best practices.
• Tailored consulting services to manage their change projects and milestones.
• Benchmark and experience in consulting management and strategy, sales and marketing, HR and career.

We also publish information, training (e.learning and in house seminars) and self or professional assessment products and services, dedicated to consultants.

Published by Devenir, www.scolaconsult.fr is the premier online source for insight, advice, and tools for growing in business consulting.

The campus is open to professional services firms, service practitioners and consultants, but also to new entrants attracted to consulting (students, project managers, experts, free lance, senior people, ...) to help them identify "whether they are ready or not for consulting" and design and market their services.
ScolaConsult offerings include:

• Articles and books on core consulting topics and methods,
• Best practice and benchmark research
• Diagnosis and assessment tools designed specifically for helping consultants to assess and develop their consulting skills
• Seminars and conferences for consultants or future consultants.

Who we are

Jean Marc Thirion works as a consultant and expert of the consulting business and industry, since 1973. He founded DeVenir in 1983, spent 12 years as vice Chairman and Chairman of Syntec management, Syntec conseil and GSSEC (FEACO affiliate), became Member of the MFQ, French movement for Quality and founded the Institut du Conseil in 2000 with Accenture, Microsoft and SAP (elected Chairman in 2006)

Florence Thirion, Accenture alumni (Government practice) joined Devenir in 2000, and developed half consulting and management career (mainly in the public sector). She is involved in the development of the ScolaConsult contents and tools.
